Is a $25 Radeon 6850 worth it for my old rig?

So I'm building a build with spare parts I have around. It's not meant to be a crusher, I already have a pretty powerful rig. This rig is just meant to play titles like Rocket League and LOL. The parts that I have already are the ones that are listed as free.

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 215 2.7GHz Dual-Core OEM/Tray Processor  (Purchased For $0.00)
CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Alpine 64 GT 25.6 CFM CPU Cooler  ($8.90 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI 785GT-E63 ATX AM3/AM2+/AM2 Motherboard  ($30.00)
Memory: Crucial 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2-667 Memory  (Purchased For $0.00)
Storage: Samsung Spinpoint M7 250GB 2.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive  (Purchased For $0.00)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GT 610 1GB Video Card  (Purchased For $0.00)
Case: Xion XON-350_BK ATX Mid Tower Case  ($24.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Raidmax 380W ATX Power Supply  (Purchased For $0.00)
Keyboard: Gear Head KB2500U Wired Slim Keyboard  (Purchased For $0.00)
Mouse: HP H4B81AA Wired Laser Mouse  (Purchased For $0.00)
Total: $63.89

It's important that I get an AM2+ motherboard and not an AM3 because I need the DDR2 comparability. It's also worth noting that the GPU I have is actually a GT 320, PCPartPicker doesn't have it and the 610 is closest in performance to it.

If I upgrade my GPU to a 6850, how much will it increase performance? The shitty PSU I already have on hand  (Brand new bought like a year ago) does not have a 6 pin so I would need to buy a new one. (I plan on getting a new one anyways, this one is ridiculously shit.)

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 215 2.7GHz Dual-Core OEM/Tray Processor  (Purchased For $0.00)
CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Alpine 64 GT 25.6 CFM CPU Cooler  ($8.90 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI 785GT-E63 ATX AM3/AM2+/AM2 Motherboard  ($30.00)
Memory: Crucial 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2-667 Memory  (Purchased For $0.00)
Storage: Samsung Spinpoint M7 250GB 2.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive  (Purchased For $0.00)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon HD 6850 1GB Video Card  ($25.00)
Case: Xion XON-350_BK ATX Mid Tower Case  ($24.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA 450W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($37.49 @ OutletPC)
Keyboard: Gear Head KB2500U Wired Slim Keyboard  (Purchased For $0.00)
Mouse: HP H4B81AA Wired Laser Mouse  (Purchased For $0.00)
Total: $126.38

I plan on upgrading the PSU anyways, but is the GPU worth the upgrade?

$25 and allows many hours of fun gameplay on older machines.

Go for it.

IF it was anything less than a 5850-6850 range then Id second guess it..

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
