Would a Corsair 650watt PSU be enough to run an FX9590 with the turbo turned off and a GTX1060 GPU? Thank you all in advance for your help.

Which model exactly? Big difference between a VS650 and RMx650.

How old is it?
5 Years? 10 Years?

The Original HX650 was a replacement of Corsairs first series, but that was a long long time ago...

 

And what HX650 is it to be precise??

 

To make it short:
If it is the bronze one: Replace it

If it is the golden one: you can keep it

It would be about 7-8 years old it is an HX650w Corsair PSU
