Laptop for Grandpa's Taxes

hello y,all

 

My grandpa has a computer running windows vista that he only uses for turbo tax and light web browsing.

When he went to upgrade to turbotax 2017 it said his OS was not supported.

He wants me to find a windows 10 computer for less than $350 for him to buy to replace his old one

 

any ideas?

 

ps he bought a microsoft surface at costco but it wont let you install programs from third parties on it (only from microsoft store)

he could buy turbotax from the microsoft store but its a lot more expensive than the "upgrade license" he can buy because he has been upgrading his program since 2008

yup, throw in 8 or 16 gb ram and an ssd.
