Headphones shocked me

im in a skype call when my headphones randomly shocked the shit out of me....specifally around the ears....i have the 900x by audio technica and a blue yeti mic....i have the headphones plugged into the mic to be clear....the problem is my mic no longer picks up sound. Any suggestions

Static discharge? Could have damaged the microphone internals.

That REALLY shouldn't happen. Even if it worked fine I would not use that like that again.
