Best cheap 120Hz 1080P monitor?

I saw a few 120Hz TN monitors online for just under 200$ and i was wondering who has the best 1080P 120hz gaming monitor for around 200 or less? Preferably with 1ms pixel response and a not so tacky looking design. Also 21-24 inches because 27 is ugly at 1080P and too big for my desk.

you can pick up a korean monitor for like $200 CAD that has 144hz at 1080p and doesn't look like gamery shite, check ebay

or an alienware 23" monitor, they're everywhere
