The H55 is probably the best you can get for $60 :D

Something from the Thermalright Macho series should let you take your CPU on a moderate OC. I think the Black top on some of these coolers will contrast your white case quite well.

The PH-TC14PE is better. The OP is also using GBP and not dollars.

If you're just looking for the best all-around cooler that isn't necessarily the highest performer, the NH-U14S is probably your best bet with excellent mounting hardware, ease of installation low noise, and slim form factor.

You can use the alt code 156 for the £ symbol btw.
