The current specs of my PC are as follows-
Processor - Intel pentium E5700 3.00 Ghz LGA775.
Motherboard - Asus P5G41T-M LX3.
RAM - DDR3 6GB.
HDD - Seagate 500 GB 7200RPM.

Please make the text a normal size. You'l also need a better CPU to do that. I recommend actually getting a new board and CPU with that money, then adding a GPU soon. (although I don't know prices in India. A G4560 and cheap h110 board would be around $100 USD in the us but could be far more expensive in India))

You're not going to be able to play much at all on that Core 2 Duo. See if you can buy a Core 2 Quad Q6600 - it's Rs 2950 on Amazon: http://www.amazon.in/Intel-Core-Processor-Q6600-Cache/dp/B00BP5BMJC/ref=sr_1_1/251-3844671-3356955?ie=UTF8&qid=1489257389&sr=8-1&keywords=q6600

Even cheaper on eBay, Rs. 1150: http://www.ebay.in/itm/Intel-Core-2-Quad-Q6600-Processor-2-40-GHz-8M-L2-Cache-LGA-775-/152465165553?hash=item237fa1ccf1:g:bQwAAOSwWxNYwE4k

That, combined with this RX460 for Rs 7750: http://www.amazon.in/Sapphire-Radeon-GDDR5-Graphics-11257-10-20G/dp/B01MQRV0S5/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1489257469&sr=8-6&keywords=rx+460

Brings the total to Rs 8900, which should fit in your budget just fine.

Also, consider buying the RX460 not from Amazon, but from an offline shop - if you're in New Delhi or NCR, I highly recommend Nehru Place, especially the store Computer Empire. Offline you're likely to run into less troubles while claiming warranty and you might get the GPU cheaper as well. Since the Q6600 is no longer manufactured, that'd be harder to buy offline, plus at Rs 1150 it's a steal already.

EDIT: Even this would net you only medium settings at 900p-ish, if I estimate correctly. Getting a better deal for 9k is close to impossible.

I have already planned to buy Intel Pentium G4400 3.3GHz Dual-Core Processor and Asus H110M-E D3 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard and the combined price is ₹9600 on amazon. Will these be Ok?

Also, any other options than sapphire radeon rx 460 because my desktop only support VGA port.

You won't get a modern GPU with a VGA port, however sometimes there are some cheap adapters for some DVI ports. If I were you I would save the extra few $ for a G4560 pentium, but yes a G4400 will be nice.

I have just checked on amazon and I have got an adapter priced at ₹150 (2.5$). Thank you for this advice.

Also, I wanted to ask if i could get any good gpu under ₹6500 or sapphire radeon rx 460 will be good enough for the games i wish to play.

^This isn't a bad budget oriented solution. You could do a lot more if you were to increase your budget by about 20%.

Get a DVI to VGA adapter, they cost Rs 200 on Amazon. I used one for a lot of time, they work well.

I just researched on this suggestion of yours about using a core 2 processor. I found that it would severly bottleneck any modern gpu. So, it doesn't seem a good option

It would have been better than the Core 2 Duo and let you buy everything in your initial 9k budget. Of course any modern CPU would perform significantly better if you can afford it.

So, this intial 9k is just to buy a good gpu. And as per your suggestion, i do not find any good deal than Sapphire RX 460.

Also, can you make a good comparison between gtx 750 ti, gtx 750 and rx 460

The RX460 is quite a bit faster than the GTX 750 Ti or 750. The 750/Ti are quite old at this point, and since their price hasn't dropped pretty much at all, they aren't a good value for money at the moment.

Thank you man... You have been really helpful.??
