Could a HD 6450 be a donor for the HD 7950?

Hello, so i was thinking about my HD 7950 (GV-R795WF3-3GD), could a HD 6450 (https://www.amazon.com/HP-Radeon-6450-512MB-PCIEX16/dp/B004YIF90K) Be a donor of a ceramic Capacitor, the type is 0805. all the info about the ceramic Capacitors i know about, was told by @Juretrn, thx bro!

I haven't checked if the voltages are the same, but if they were could it be a donor?
