I keep getting very very loud fan noises when watching a 1080p Youtube video. I cleaned the dusts inside the laptop, but the problem didn't disappear. Is the loud fan noise normal on laptops? I am connected to a 100mbps lan.

P.S. Don't tell me to get a thermal paste. It is not worth it because the laptop is very scratched and the keyboard is missing a few keys.

DUE TO MANY REQUESTS I HAVE LEFT THIS FORUM FOREVER.

It depends on your thermal solution but it is: youtube videos are more processing intensive than you'd assume so it will probably tax your processor and gpu a little bit. Desktop graphics cards and CPUs have far more robust cooling solutions so you might not notice fans kicking in but temps definitively do increase.

I suggest using MSI Afterburner for a custom far curve for your GPU so it turns on the fan are far lower speeds at around 50 to 60 C so it stays more silence and stable but still kicks in at a higher speed when needed (i.e. when gaming)

Some laptops have very sensitive or overlay reactive fan curves so you might want to take a look at it.

No, that's not what I meant. I mean you can set a custom fan curve that controls when your fans ramp up to be less aggressive:
