Lagging only in NetPlay on Dolphin

I have less than 10 ping in a speedtest but when i try to use NetPlay in Dolphin Emulator with people who are all close to me i have over 100 ping

Every game requires a different set of tweaks to make sure the game is running smoothly for netplay. Just make sure you, and the person on the other end have matching settings (with the exception of graphical enhancements) and things should work themselves out.
