I've got a budget of around £700 to £1000 for a monitor for my new system (i7 7700, 16gb ram, 1080ti) I'm pretty much open to anything but from what research of done I would like the following:

G-synch

IPS

I know this isn't much to go on but I have not bought a monitor is a very long time so i am rusty. I will mainly playing the following games if this helps:

GTA 5

Skyrim

Rise of the Tomb Raider

Kerbal space program

Fallout 4.

I will be giving cs:go a go but it not the main game i play.

Thanks for the help

From the research I did, there is a 27" Asus 4k, IPS, 144Hz, Gsync monitor coming in the second half of this year that looks to be glorious.

My only issue is the fact it's only 27" but if you use scaling at 4k, it'd be fine.

The monitor in question is....
