So I got a new PSU and a CPU watercooling thingy I put them in and turned it on and it turned on and off on and off, so I assumed something was wrong with the psu and so I swapped it out with the old one and turned it on, and nothing not even a fan spin up. So for the new PSU (corsair 750w) plugged it in and turned it on with a paperclip connecting two wires and AYYYY it worked wasnt a faulty PSU, so im thinking CPU or MOBO is broken. Right now my CPU has a default fan in it, I took out the the CPU water cooling. There was a little bit too much thermal paste when I took off the CPU.

TL;DR mobo or cpu no working what i do 2 fix. if no fix how to find out which one is broken

Thx for taking time to read this plz help :)
