Accurate mic and speaker for project.

I'm doing a active noise reduction project with a friend and we need an accurate microphone and speaker for it. Preferably a smaller mic and speaker, as we want the thing to be small. I don't know much about audio so any suggestions would be appreciated. Budget is around $100-$200. Any way to connect it to a computer so that it can be controlled will work.

Going to struggle on that budget one low end reference mic is like 100 dollars.

If you were looking at the bare minimum money needed for an accurate mic and speaker how much would you need? I can probably go higher if needed.
