Is there any way to ensure the products sold on this website are 100% genuine? I emailed them twice but they haven"t replied to me yet.

What would the community advice me to do?

Them not replying twice seems very sketchy to begin with..

But anyways, you should look up review online of the store.

Domain registered in China brings the legitimacy of their products down by a fair bit (plus they used an outlook email address as well).
