I need some help in what I need to build a Gaming PC but very specifically (for rpcs3). [Please don't tell me the obvious stuff like "A Motherboard, Case, etc."

I just want some recommendations for building a gaming PC on a budget. $200 USD to be exact.

Someone please tell me what I need..

Specifications:

Runs Windows 10 x64

AMD FX Series, Intel Sandy Bridge, or greater

Modern x86/x64 processor with SSSE3 support

10 GB of RAM or greater

2 TB SATA Drive [RAID0, 1000TB + 1000TB]

Peace!

@linus.wut

I saw you were looking at this thread again

this list is a bit over budget, (and has no GPU) but it's the best I can get. I'd recommend you buy a cheap used GPU

you also may want to upgrade the PSU as it's quite low quality and wattage.
