I heavily modded my protocol Evo slipstream to have FPV and be a racing quad and have been killing it with that, but it doesn't have much power and is by no means "fast". I was wondering if anyone knew any racing quads for $50. I found quite a few on bang good but have no idea what's crap and not. My only non proprietary transmitter is the hobby King t4a. I would like to try acro mode, because everyone says your not truly racing unless you use acro mode. I have an FPV monitor already so that doesn't have to be included. It's the one that's included with the jrrc h6d. It's compatible with the tx02 aio FPV camera and I'm pretty sure it's NTFS. Anyways, I'm trying to find a solid racing quad for $50 that I can use to gone down my skills and hopefully become a good pilot.

Ooh, you mean a brushed quad, I thought you meant something proper. The q90 is supposed to be good.

Would.it be compatible with my hk-t4a if I got the flysky option?

Uh no. You'll need a flysky or turnigy radio. I suggest the Turnigy Evolution.

Or should I build my own quad?

That's a good option, but you still need a better radio.
