CS:GO Getting 60-110 FPS Whilst streaming (X99 + 980)

I have a 980, and a 6800K. When I stream I only get 60-110 FPS. I don't get why I'm lagging this hard. I get 300 On Normal.

 

GPU Usage is only like 55%. Can give more info

 

Use OBS

you should try to use geforce experience to stream? ive had the same troubles with obs (assuming your using that)

I just tried streaming on a 6600 and a 960 on regular cs not csgo or anything regularly get 300 also and i was at 40!!!
