So i found this PC 

And a $90 rx 460

And i was wondering, would it be cheaper or easier just to buy this machine and put a GPU in that or make a new one?

Yes, it's deffo wiser to buy the Asus and the RX460 however the PSU in the spec list for it is kinda worrying...
