csgo skin can you get them by playing game

just  got into csgo but the whole skins concept is not making sense.

how many skins can i get by playing game lets say skins per 10 hour 

will i get any good skins 

or do i have to buy good skins

You usually won't get any good skins unless you open cases. However if you play enough you will get a lot of them and you can sell them for money on Steam, which you could use for more expensive skins. They don't add that much to the game IMO, but I usually sell all my skins at the end of the year and buy something cheap during the holiday sales.

Yeah I mean each skin that'd dropped worth only 1-2 cents to sell though

you get cases sometime randomly too but you need to buy keys

I had one that was worth €2,50 a little while back, but everything else was below €0,10. However if you have enough (and also cards and other bullshit from other games) you can get a couple of bucks a year.

You get the cases (or buy them for very cheap) but they keys to open them you will have to buy. Personally I wouldn't say it's worth it since it's only cosmetics and doesn't really add much to the gameplay.

I've spent ~250 hours ins CS:GO, over this time only "good" skin I got was MAC-10 Fade. 
So don't expect much.

Yes and no, I mean the normal skins you get dropped are those couple of cents skins but during operations, you can get dropped skin that's worth a couple thousands of dollars so I meh?  (and the skin in question is a Dlore FN)

I have 100 hours on go and the coolest free skin I got in my opinion was an UMP-45 Urban DDPAT, won it after an Office Casual game.

Every week you get a chance to get a drop when u level up but the skins u get are pretty bad so buy ones from steam market
