How much would this heatsink allow me to overclock a Q6600?

To as high as the chip would allow. We cannot tell exactly what frequency a chip can reach because it's quite random (per chip).

I think you could get to 3Ghz easy. If chip and board allow it. Probably over it too. I had really bad luck with my mobo, I could get to 2.8GHz.
