Genuinely Need HELP from Case Build Masters

I am moving to Bolivia, (shipping my computer over there is ultra expensive) so I want to take it with me in-flight as a carry-on. Here are the carry on luggage requirements specs 40lbs (Dimensions 22" x 9" 14") American Airlines

Ideally I just want to change my case (don't care about aesthetics) and switch my cooler from liquid to air because TSA wont permit my cooler for travel. 

 

Additionally if you have experience flying with your rigs I'd love to hear about it.

Also there's already a bunch of suggestions for how to do this online. Remove the gpu and package it separately so it doesn't get damaged. Put the liquid cooler in your luggage.

My cousin carries his RVZ02 as in flight carry on and I also plan on the same. Generally it isn't a big deal if its a small miniITX build and you have a bag big enough to carry it.

I'd take the thing apart, package eerything in bubble wrap or something and get a new case at your new place
