No. Both GPUs are not meant for gaming.
You should look up for more RAM when buying used laptop.

Yes but upgrading the ram means your need to add more money...

Yup but both GPU are not suitable for gaming.

Keep in mind that some laptop has soldered ram, thus they are not upgradable.
