How do i back up an entire drive ?

I want to copy everything including the OS from my ssd(~130gb) into like a zip file or whatever on my storage drive in case i need some random file or save from stupid places like my documents or appdata or want to restore the os on another machine. How do i do that ?

Easiest way is with a disc cloning software, like Acronis.   

 

This program lets you create a image of a drive, and you can restore this image as many times in as many drives as you want.
