If you can afford a new CPU/mobo/RAM, that would be a better idea.

I Got H61m-DS2 Gigabyte 1155 socket motherboard with intel i5-2310, 8GB ram and eventually came to my vga. It's GTX1060 3GB.

 

I am really confused what should I upgrade while I got limited choice.I actually don't have any plan to buy new motherboard. but whatever your suggestion I take it. I just don't want to bottleneck my system anymore. thanks !

the 1060 is fine but the cpu will be holding you back look at an I5 6500/ 7500 (you will need new mobo/ram)
