Intel Graphics Disable Power Saving On AC Power?

Why can I disable it on battery...

But not on AC power?

Trust me, it goes into the horrible power saving on AC power, because it looks like crap, then looks fine when I unplug it.

 

And it does this on my intel celery netbook too.

 

Any ideas?
