Switched monitors now nothing is working...

so i went to my friends house and plugged in my pc there to his tv and when i left i just unplugged it without properly shutting it down. and when i went home to my double screen setup (one tv,one monitor) nothing would work. my pc would turn on all the fans are working for the gpu,cpu,ddr ram light is on etc. but my keyboard lights wont display and my tvs show nothing. i tried ressetting the cmos battery and the keyboard turned on for 20 seconds but turned off afterwards. idk what to do.
