Probably never, because you do not want OLED on a monitor.

Look for something non-OLED that doesn't have burn in issues.

It exists, costs $120 000, and only comes in 105" size.

IPS(In Plane Switching) and OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) are both different kinds of displays. 4K is 16:9 at 3840 X 2160 you could extend that out more horizontally by adding more pixels, but 5040 X 2160 5K 21:9 would be more pixels than any single GPU setup could realistically handle so that doesn't really make sense. You can't run a 4K monitor at 120Hz over HDMI so it wouldn't really make sense for anyone to produce one that would run at a refresh rate no one would be able to achieve without displayport. Besides the fact that it's impossible, it doesn't really make sense.
