Best Graphics card for BF4?

Hi guys, I am new to this forum and I don't know if this is in the correct section but I am getting battlefield 4 and I was wondering what is the best graphics card?

My system now:

i5 4670K OC:4.2Ghz

Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz OC:1800Mhz

Corsair H80i

120gb Samsung 840 Evo

Corsair CX600M

i want to play the game at 60fps at 1980x1080 on high to maximum settings?

what are your recommendations?

280X or 290X depending on how well Mantle improves FPS. If it does by a lot then you can probably just get a 280X, otherwise 290X. Also what is your budget?

i9 25.6 GHz with NeuronThreading, 256gb 6000 MHz RAM, GTX 990 OC 3024MHz 12gb, Skeletal X99 motherboard, 1 Petabyte SSD, Fractal Design Humaniod R1 Case, Herbivore 10,000W PSU, Noctua NF16 LP Derma Cooler.

Probably the only Star Citizen player who is planning on a career in Journalism instead of piracy, mining, trading, exploration, military, station management, etc.

R9-290X @Vitalius

But what's your budget.

This^

The R9 290X reference design in Uber mode pushes 60+FPS at maximum settings at 1080p. This is without Mantle optimizations that will come to BF4 in December. Which should make it even better.

A 290X is a good option but not right now in my opinion. They run too hot, are too loud, and are more expensive than a 780. Once there are aftermarket card designs for the 290X maybe its a better option, but I don't know why anyone would get one over a 780.

Paying more for a 290x vs. a 780 is plain dumb. People running the 290x under water still don't get much more out of the card then out of the box on air.

Paying slightly more for the 780 Classified is the smarter choice since it's not some reference garbage with a crap cooler on it.

Either pay more for the Classified or pay less for a reference 780.

My 780 Classified is getting well over 60fps at 2560x1440 with max settings.

R9 280x no doubt. Anything else and you're wasting money for bf4. You CAN get a better card but for bf4 anything more is too much and wasted performance/money. Get a nice MSI R9 280x Gaming.

Intel 4770k@4.6GHz, ASUS ROG Maximus VI Hero, Kingston HyperX Beast 2x8GB 2400MHz CL11, Gigabyte GTX 1070 Gaming, Kingston HyperX 3k 240GB - RAID0 (2x120Gb), 2xWD 1TB (Blue and Green), Corsair H100i, Corsair AX860, CoolerMaster HAF X, ASUS STRIX Tactic pro, Logitech G400S, HyperX Cloud II, Logitech X530, Acer Predator X34.

That's why you get either a 120hz monitor or 1440p monitor. That's how I rationalize buying stuff I don't really need.

That depends on whether or not you like maximum fps or maximum visual quality, if you want maximum visual quality then the 280x is not the best choice, but for a blend of good visuals and fps its probably the best value

LOL, don't hate me. Lets agree to hate Nvidia since you could have almost got the 780 Classified Hydro Copper for what your regular 780 costs now. I know I hate them since they did a price drop weeks after I bought mine and won't give me a partial refund!
