Will EVGA Offer a Warranty Return Exchange?

Kenji the Uke

To clarify, I just sent in my GTX 760 For an RMA. What I am wondering, if any of you have ever tried this, is do you know if they are willing to give me a credit instead of a replacement card that I can use towards a newer EVGA card?

I know this is highly doubtful but I'd thought I would give it a try, but testing this on the forums first :3

Very frequently they send people brand new GPU's- people sent in 7 series GPU's and got 9 series GPU's back.

Let us know, and if they do, give them some free publicity on Twitter. NZXT stepped up for me when one of the fans in my S340 was rattling, and sent me a replacement fan on on next day delivery

I'm waiting in my seat. Not on the edge, but I'm interested.

They replied. They did say there is a step-up program, but only during the first 90 days ;w;

I believe it's every hardware manufacturer's policy that if they can't give you the exact part, they just send an equivalent performing part. Unless you're a business and you need it because of some compatibility problem.

True true owo

I just had to RMA a EVGA 1050 GS that had the 12v rail fail. I was expecting them to at the most send me a refurb unit because they send instructions specifying that you shouldn't include any of the accessories or the original package. The sent me a whole, brand new, sealed in the plastic PSU; so now I have a second set of cables for that power supply. I would expect that you should receive a brand new card. :)

Yea every now and then you get stuck with a newer card.

Just depends if they have old stock or not.

Evga has had the best warranty system imo.
