Intel ditches Kaby Lake...

...18w kaby lake -H and is focusing straight on Kaby Lake R.  The refesh is still on track as well as 2018 coffee lake, where mainstream will have their very first hexacore processor.

Kaby lake h is rated at 18w to 45w, looks like performance quad cores is still going into production.

This is great. Hopefully they'll adjust the Kaby Lake R and try aim for a slight extra performance increase this time.

Wait has the post been moved or was it always in this sub forum? If so ignore my comments.

Thread has not been moved far as I can tell ;). It is rather a click bait title though but not exactly against the rules or really matters, if no body replies threads quickly fall down the list then get ignored.
