Considering doing a PC for a giveaway.

Hi all i am building another X58 system but to giveaway, however it's nothing solid yet as i need the right timing to do it due to finances.

What would you all say to a watercooled XEON E5640 build?

Spec would be like this.

Intel Xeon E5640 2.66ghz 12mb cache 32nm Westmere (these overclock to insane levels even surpassing 4.4ghz)

ASUS Rampage II Extreme

12GB DDR3 2133mhz (most likely to be using Mushkin)

Will be using XSPC and Phobya for WC parts for CPU.

Radeon RX 480 8GB from XFX, it's the aftermarket one the base model.

Antec Earthwatts EA650 PSU

For an old school look i will be using a Coolermaster HAF 932

The entire PC will be ran and configured by me for stable operation vigorously.

Any comments?

Palit GeForce GTX 1070 GameRock . XEON X5650 4.49ghz

maybe go with a RX480 4GB because if you want 8gb vram you should go with a stronger card.
