After trying to fix OC BIOS Freezes windows dosent boot HELP ME :(

Alright so i tried to fix an OC issue so i changed the cache Ratio From 39 to 44 and now windows Dosent boot and my bios freezes After 1 Second 

 

 

please help me God...
