Windows won't display at TV's native resolution

Ever since I got my 1060, I haven't been able to play at the full resolution of my tv, 1080p (I didn't try it before I changed GPU). I recently temporarily switched out for a 1360x768 tv, before switching back, and now it's gone down further, If I set it to anything higher than 1360 x 768, it says it's on that res, but if I go to something like http://www.whatismyscreenresolution.com/, It says I'm on 720p. Before I switched over to the 1360x768, I could only display 1600x900 or lower.

 

Can anyone help me display at my tv's native resolution?

Does your TV have any kind of aspect ratio/picture size setting?  I have a Vizio 1080p TV at my cabin and if the setting is on anything besides "full" it will only do 720p.

No, but it does do higher than 720p, if I set it to 1360 x 768, it will display that. Anything higher and it drops back down to 720p
