Can downloads be paused when downloading games from Origin and Steam?

i have to download some new games and i havent used origin or steam before.i want to know if downloads  can be paused because my internet connection is not very good

Steam is a definite yes.

I haven't used origin in a while but I believe you can pause the download as well.

Want to know which mobo to get?

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.
