so as you can see the one i underlined red is the max bandwith that the mobo can handle, and it is only 2133MHz(it writes 2132 dont bother its 2133). the thing i underlined blue is the speed of my ram which is 2666 MHz and as you can see by the picture my memory is in fact downclocked to 2133Mhz (look inside the bracket near the one i underlined red it is currently running 1066MHz but wont pass 2133)

so which mean the motherboard i choose (Asus B150 pro gaming aura) written Standard memory 2133MHz mean i should just buy 2133MHz RAM to get the maximum potential of performance but should not more than 2133MHz cause it is a waste of money?

might be, but i would get a more powerful psu so you would not need to upgrade it later, plus it can make you do more upgrades with the gpu,cpu, etc

you forgot to quote the person you want to reply, it is not overkill, but it is more than the maximum speed your mobo can handle. unless you go with something like 2666MHz then its overkill.
