a 1070 will not get over 100 fps on ultra settings unless you are playing CSGO and Overwatch. As soon as you load up a demanding title you will need more GPU horsepower to push out anything more than 60 fps

Aye, you are right. Looked at wrong test graphs (medium-high) when typing that, changed it. Thx for headsup.

Zotac is a well known brand who has built a good reputation. For the money you can save with the GPU+PSU bundle I think it is a great deal

CPU - the i7 will give you considerably more processing power than the i5 and will also give better performance in games.

GPU - this will be good for 1440p at 60 fps on high or 100+ on medium, but you can upgrade to a GTX 1080 to get those guaranteed 120+ fps on high/max

PSU - Very solid reliable PSU

OS - you can get windows 10 from kinguin.net for about $27

This is much more like it for a $1500 budget. And since you mentioned you also want to use it as a workstation, the i7 would really help out. And since there is a bit of money left you can add more storage/whatever you would like.

@Cereal5 @Oswin Hi, i want to ask. What does  4 x DIMM, Max. 64GB, DDR4 2133 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory
Dual Channel Memory Architecture  mean? is it mean the RAM need to be less than 2133? or higher number is ok to use?

its maxed out at 2133 MHz if i am not mistaken you could use faster ram but it will be clocked down, for example i currently have 2666 MHz ram but my board only supports 2133 so it will be downclocked
