Trying to find a new case >=$200

CookieMaster
Go to solution Solved by CookieMaster,

Went with the cooler master maker 5. I was looking at the evolve and I was going to get it. But then I thought about the size and the cooler master maker 5 just made more sense to me for my build. Thank you everyone for your suggestions, I've spent a lot of time, and I mean a lot of time looking over the cases you suggested.

Title says it all.

I've been looking at the Corsair 750D and the Corsair 780T.

I'm not a case expert at all.

Please look at my profile for full pc specs.

Here is some important things to note:

GPU is very large and long

CPU cooler needs to mount at 280 mm

Looking for a big case

2 Hard drives only (1 ssd, one SSHD)

I have all the fans already

Looking for airflow because my gpu runs hot.

I want a case with a window.

I have dust issues in my room, so need a case with dust filters

Mobo is ATX form factor.

Anyways, I've been leaning towards the 780T because it has better airflow over the 750D

My question is that is that a good choice or do any of you recommend another case. Please consider the factors above. Thank you.

MasterCase Pro 5 would work I think but I can't find any mention of the max CPU cooler size allowed. The case width is the same as the Phanteks alternative others listed though.

I have a white Enthoo Pro, and there is literally nothing I would ever change about it to make it better.

I would get the maker 5 over pro 5. I like the maker 5 but... I think the lack for 2 bottom fans really lacks the name of cooler master

Yeah they've got some good designs but there's always something :P. Personally I love the MasterCase Pro 3 but it's just a tad bit too big for it's supposed form factor. For CM to make a case that's not water-cooling compatible though would be a sacrilege to many.

I like the Corsair 760T, the whole sidepanel is a window :P The Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX should also work (the tempered glass looks so good I think).

First case I looked at, currently have an on  a haf x case, maybe haf 912 not to sure but I think the haf x is ugly with having that side fan over the glass, not much peek room for inside.

Yeah 780T is an improvement over the 760T, I think the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX with tg and the 780T are what I'm looking for, but I love how the psu is hidden in the Evolv

I really like the Phanteks Evolve at that price point. also phanteks cases are very well thought out. the corsair seem to cheaply made for me. I owned a 900d and it was a cheap pile of junk. Just from me moving it around tinkering around with it the bottom door actually twisted and wounldnt close correctly.
