Turned on computer and my graphics settings changed

Amgzzz

I shut down my computer, and then I turn it on this morning and my whole resolution was messed up, it looks blurry. Its never done this before, I dont know what happened, I uninstalled the nvidia drivers for my EVGA gtx 960 ssc, and then I reinstalled them and fixed the resolution again, Any reason why this might have happened?

I fixed the graphics, I had to tamper with my monitor settings and make the picture setting to "Native". So my graphics are good now, but why do you think this happened? I want to prevent this in the future.
