Do all GPU's have coil whine?

I just noticed it on my 1080 only when playing minecraft. I started to hear it a bit at 500fps, and it got pretty loud at 1500fps. I got a 60hz monitor so I won't ever play that high fps anyways. But i was just wondering if all graphiccards have this at extremely high fps.

 

I don't hear anything though while playing games on ultra settings 4k.

all have coil whine

the difference is whether the coil whine is audible or not

My gpu whines like crazy in minecraft when frame rates are over 300.

I've never heard it from any of my cards but then again I don't generally run things at 1500 fps, which is where it is often far more pronounced.

my 970 gets a little bit of it when i go over 500fps or so, but i have found some drivers are worse and some better when it comes to this but its usiually just luck

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
