Well...i don't have answer, try to drill it back in

The back of my chair hit my PC and it fell, as far as I can tell everything still works (I don't know about the hard drives though) but the case got damaged.

The plastic foot on the bottom of my Corsair spec alpha broke, and the screw hole that holds it is also broken, should I RMA the case? If I get a new foot the screw hole will still be broken... My case is the corsair spec alpha  @CorsairCorsair

Do I have to send them the case when I RMA it?

Yes,i think you need to send them the case and the warranty list, just say the case somehow broke and its not your fault, they will not notice difference, but if they do i think they will not cover it as its your fault

They don't seem to just sell the feet http://www.corsair.com/en-us/site-search?searchQuery=corsair spec alpha maybe if you send a customer support email they can mail you one or at least tell you any options if you can get a new leg just glue it back on with a plastic to metal Epoxy or try using a bigger screw/bolt.

Corsair may be nice enough to take care of you, but this kind of thing probably isn't officially covered under warranty. It's user error.

Computers should be kept at floor level.

If there was a chance Cosair would take it back, they certainly aren't now...

Glad to see that you were able to fix it. Otherwise, It would have been harder for us to resolve this since we don't have the feet as a spare part.

But for future reference, George would occasionally check this forum, but the main contacts here are Johan and myself :)

Thanks, you guys should sell them and other parts, it'd be useful.

You're right, we should. We're actually working on it. We'll be adding more spare parts for the Spec Alpha case and other models.

Get a nut that fits the treads and a washer, paint the black and then screw the foot back in with that.
