1200$ build - opinions needed!

Hi everyone, this is my planned build, I would appreciate if you gave me your opinion about it!

I want this config to last for at least 3 years, I don't want to do any overclocking and it will be for single display 1080p gaming and everyday use.

Motherboard: ASUS P8H77-V http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8H77V/

Processor: Intel Core i5 3350p

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz 8GB (2x4) http://www.corsair.com/us/memory-by-product-family/vengeance/vengeance-8gb-dual-channel-ddr3-memory-kit-cmz8gx3m2a1600c9.html

GPU: ASUS GTX 660Ti 2GB http://www.asus.com/hu/Graphics_Cards/GTX660_TIDC22GD5/

- I was thinking of getting the 3gig version

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 7200rpm 64MB 1TB

Case: Cooler Master Silencio 650 Pure http://www.coolermaster.com/product/Detail/case/mid-tower-silent-series/silencio650pure.html

PSU: I haven't decided yet, but i have two options:

Corsair CX 500 80+Bronze or

FSP Raider 550 80+Silver - I'm leaning towards the FSP, because of the better 80+ rating and also it has a 5 year warranty as opposed to the Corsair's 3. I haven't really found any reviews about this PSU, so maybe someone who had any experience with FSP products could let me know if it's a good choice.

AMD CPU and GPU, as of now your build is pretty meh at best, get an SSD and a Barracuda drive, you can cut some money on the case.

like @Wolfur said how are you coming to 1200 with this? This build looks really underwhelming.

Error: 410

Get a Z77A-G45 and a 3570k or a FX-8350 and a GA-990FXA-UD3 as well as a 650-750 watt psu also a hyper 212 evo or a H100i.

EDIT: Get a 760 it's the same price and preforms like a 670

i7 + Radeon 7970. Best all around build and you actually have 100$ left, might wanna add an SSD or buy windows if needed for that money.

AMD is a no-no in a high-end build like this, why would you cheap out on CPU? xD

Crossfire Ready with a powerful power supply, you can drop in a second 7970 in the future if you want.

It's kinda 1200. Hungary. Conversion might be a little off, because I was looking at the w/o VAT prices.

Please don't post 1200$ build. Without more info, people assumed that you are from the US. Prices are different in regions, so a build from 1200$ is useally 1200€ despite the fact the euro is worth a little more. Are you buying local? Or wich sites do you know where we can have a look at?

As you might know, we don't have euro yet, so its forint prices i'm looking at. I could link the sites i'm buying from, but you wouldn't be able to decypher much, since it's in hungarian. I also posted the links to some of the parts.

Yes I know you don't have euro. I just don't know the hungarian transfer rate and I did know it off the euro. Just trying to explain that a 1200$ build most likely won't be able to get into your budget. Since the prices off parts are much higher for you. As you might have seen from the builds that were posted. I doubt that those builds fit your budget, based on what you put together.

Google translate is our friend, we can decypher alot with the interweb avaible to our duty! ;)

Yeah, now that i did the math its 1136 usd on today's exchange rate. Google translate might work for some languages, but hungarian is not one of them, I've just tried and it translated the main navigation buttons (shopping cart, about us, etc) and it left the rest of the page in hungarian. :)

AMD is a much better value atm on the lower end.

No point spending so much on a cpu cooler. Oc'ing your cpu will not do that much compared to other better upgrades for gaming.

There's little reason to convert when you don't have to. Parts and prices vary from region to region so it's best to use the original.

Sorry, I completely forgot to let you know something, but yes - that site was a pain to get something working, aswell the prices seemed to be crazy.

Because we can't use that site and you tell us that is the cheapest one out there. Try something like this:

Note: with the CPU, Mobo, GPU and Storage you see that I put multiple options, this is because I don't know the budget. I would suggest have a look at all the first options I gave. If you then still have budget left. Then you can have a look (depending on how much budget you have left, to upgrade stuff)

In order off things I would recommend (the parts that are after --) is to either think about getting an SSD, this is something nice to have, but not needed. If you don't care about the speed to much, but more about frames in games - have a look at the GPU to upgrade that. If you after that still have budget left, then upgrade the CPU. But be carefull (i put that -!- for a reason, it's highly suggested to use the 990 chip motherboards for the FX8320, since else boards can just die once you OC them.

CPU: FX-6300 -!- FX-8320

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-UD3P, Asus M5A97 LE R2.0, MSI 970A-G46 -!- Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3, Asrock 990FX Extreme 3, Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0.

RAM: Cheapest 8GB (2x4GB) 1600 CL9 kit you can get. Mushkin Blackline are for us useally the cheapest.

GPU: AMD 7950, AMD R9-270x, Nvidia 760 2GB -- AMD 7970, AMD R9-280x. Nvidia 770 2GB

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1/2TB, 64mb cache. -- Kingston V300 series, Crucial M4, Samsung EVO 120/128GB SSD.

PSU: Any 80+ bronze 500W from Corsair, Seasonic, XFX or Be Quiet!

Case: Personal preference, but good budget priced cases to look at(without window): NZXT Source 210 (elite has front usb 3.0) Corsair 200R, Cooler Master HAF 912. (with window) NZXT Source 210 Windowed, Bitfenix Shinobi Windowed, Thermaltake Commander MS-I.

PSU: Any 500W 80+ bronze psu from either Corsair, Seasonic, XFX or Be Queit!

Case fans: Cooler Master Sickleflow (red, blue, green!) x4 (useally it's 4 that you want, 2 as front intake, 1 as rear exhaust, 1 on the CPU Cooler. You can get a 5th and place it on the top to exhaust from there. Depending on case.

NZXT Phantom windowed, Asus Z77 Sabertooth, Intel 2600K, Noctua NH-D14, EVGA 780 Classified, Crucial Ballistic Tactical, Crucial M4 128GB + Samsung 850 EVO, Corsair RM850, Creative X-Fi Fatal1ty Peripherals: Sennheiser HD598, FinalMouse Classic, SteelSeries Qck Heavy, Ducky Shine Zero (MX Brown), AOC G2460PF & Qnix QX2710
