Is it possible to see subscribed threads instead of getting notifications for each new post?

I don't follow topics.

I click "My Content" under my profile in the top right corner. 

Then I only read them if I feel a need to continue the conversation or have further interest in them. Threads inevitably die out and fall off the list naturally, so I don't have to manage following them or anything. 

Then I leave Notifications for likes, quotes, PM's, and status updates/replies only.
