G402/G502/Something new?

Hi guys! This is my first time posting here. Sorry if I'm in the wrong section... Since this is the thread for peripherals...

 

My main topic today is a debate between getting the G502 or G402 (after watching the G402 LTT video), or even something that you guys would suggest. Here are my key points of consideration, after visiting a Logitech store to try out these mouse myself.

 

I like the infinite scrolling and sideways scrolling of the G502 (For productivity uses, since I have a mouse that has infinite scrolling atm but not sideways scrolling) but I don't think I like the shape of it (Referring to the slope from LMB to RMB) since I kinda claw grip.

 

And thus what I like about the G402 is the shape of the mouse, which is the most important factor in gaming. What would you guys suggest? I saw and tried the G900 and I fell in love with it but the price is pretty high up there.

G502. Best mouse I have ever used. Just the feeling of the clicks feel better then say a Razer Death Adder. The size is great too. If you palm, or claw, or even inbetween it works. I would get the non RGB version unless you are into that as you are paying more for an LED under your hand.

Just keeping this here as a if i may suggest my favorite mouse right now is the logitech g700s it has wire/wireless technology and its rechargeable it has a high range of dpi from 20-8200 and its only like $50 on amazon you can price match it at best buy linus did a review on it here

Try them out and buy which one feels more comfortable to you. The G402 is actually a more balanced option if you are looking to buy a mouse for FPS games, just because it's lighter compared to the brick G502.

The G502 is a great mouse for productivity and if you are not buying it for FPS gaming.
