How to removed "learned" words from chrome?

If you go to Settings there is Language and input settings. You will find custom dictionary in there. Otherwise clear the browser History and try again. If you reluctant to clear it - sorry to hear.

When I misspell things i have a habit of accidently hitting "add to dictionary" in chrome on a misspelt word (why the fuck is that button so close to the suggested words??)  and I wanna clear those words out...How do?

Settings > Show advanced settings > Clear browsing data > tick appropriate listing.

 

Though, next time you browse for ..., better use incognito mode.

These do not fix the issue and have nothing to do with my browsing history ...seriously I didnt even mention my browsing history, are people not even reading the question?

I'm referring to chromes right click menu in spelling suggestions.

As the previous member said, go to settings > language and input settings > custom spelling dictionary and delete your "misspelled" words :)
