Concerning a KB and Mouse Upgrade

Philcat101

I have built my new computer, and it rocks!

However, my current keyboard and mouse suck. (They came with a refurbished $150 prebuilt. Yikes.)

I am not too serious about my peripherals, and I have a smallish budget

I kind of want to survey my options here and I am wondering these 2 things:

1. Is the CM Storm Devastator KB+M bundle a good option as far as bundles go? Is there a better option for the price or just in general?

2. What would be a good KB and Mouse that would be under $100?

Requirements:

No frills, or at least kept to a minimum

Is fairly durable, and comes from a reputable brand

Full sized keyboard, including full sized keys (no slim chicklet laptop-eske crap)

Optional, but I would love some backlighting

Mechanical would be nice, but I don't think I could fit in one that would last and has no frills and cheapness. So, lets just stick to membrane/enhanced membrane switches.

Thanks again forum, you are the opposite of the YouTube Comments section (Except for the flame wars at times lol)

For me, peripherals is something you should put some cash in mainly because you're interacting with it everytime you're on your computer, it's something you touch and feel.

Just my 2 cents.
