CSGO. I got addicted then got good now it feels good to play because I beat everyone else. Horrible game though

I Guess CSGO would be my favorite FPS since i sunk 1300 hours into it but honestly now i just hate that game. I gotta say the New Doom is the best Single player FPS ive played with the metro series being a close second. Battlefield is great too, cant go wrong with that game (apart from Hardline and the horrendous BF4 launch)!

Call of Duty 4. There are two parts of that game that are unforgettable. Also, I liked Section 8: Prejudice for its multiplayer. You can build turrets, summon mechs, and it has some really interesting ideas. And I'm actually good at it.

Arma series. It is more simulator than FPS but it IS FPS nevertheless.

I play it since Operation Flashpoint which was released in around 2001... I play it to this day still and I can't get enough of it.

I think I'm gonna say Borderlands 2, though with like 250 hours in it, I'm getting a little tired of it. Strangely, Destiny is kinda my second favorite even though I hate playing FPSs on controllers. I'd probably play it entirely too much if it was on PC.

 

It used to be various games in the Battlefield series for years (specifically, I liked the the Forgotten Hope and Desert Combat mods for BF1942 and Forgotten Hope 2 for BF2). I just get bored too quickly with most FPSs now.
