Any difference: Amd Fx-8320 vs 8350?

Is there any practical difference between the two, other than the stock clock speed? Shouldn't it theoretically be possible to achieve 8350 (and beyond)-like performance from the 8250 with some over clocking?

No differences, just the clock speed.

There is a really small one... The FX-8350 is a higher bin than the 8320 so it might overclock further(not much)... Other than that there is no difference aside from the clock speed...
