CSGO Youtubers promote CSGO gambling website without disclosure

Video report on the incident:

 

TL;DR version: 2 CS GO youtuber promoted a CSGO gambling website, posting a video of them playing on said website and win big. It was later discovered that they actually OWN the gambling website themselves. This is a problem because:
 

1. They dont disclose their affiliation to the site they promoted (this usually apply for case where you receive money to promote smt, but this is also under the law too)
2. Owner of the gambling site CANT gamble in their own site (I think everyone can already figure out why)

To add fuel to the fire they later said that they never hide that fact (when infact they do cause ... evident in their own video) and saying "We own the site after posting said video" when there's paperwork of them actually owning the site from day one AND file the paperwork themselves.

It's interesting that this incident come up just a few days after the news about Valve got sue for CSGO gambling, and now we have this. 

On a side note, the Video Game Attorney have this to say about this incident:
 

 

And look like people are sending him proof of other youtubers and gambling sites that do similar things as well. Would be nice if this turn in to a big crack down on all those sites and youtubers.

I'm not sure when was the site going up, but the document/paperwork with their name on that prove that they own the site is filed on 3 December 2015, so the site might exist around that time?

Anyway it seem like more website with similar story is being digged up as we speak, so... yeah

i think the issue for valve is that there's so many gambling websites that seem to pop up like flowers in spring all over the place, that they just dont bother because it'll never end.

A Casino boss cannot rig games in his casino so he wins and then film a video going "wow gambling here is so great, i just found this casino an i win so much" - when he is the owner and rigged the video to win

the fact its accessible to kids is just the final nail in the coffin

The fact that kids can gamble here is just a topping among all the laws he violated. 

Also this bring attention to youtube/google themselves and how they dont do anything with cases like this.

They do not carry out the laws. If they get a court order to shutdown a channel then they might act (or fight the order) but if they start taking the law into their own hands it would not be good for business.

people need to stop thinking steam are the money wolves some people paint them to be. valve GLADLY will make money on trading skins, but there's more things to lose than money when the gambling stuff comes into play.

also.. those 3rd party sites kinda arent gambling, they're pretty much an outright scam hidden as a gambling website. (who knew, gambling websites are scams, amirite?)
