a lot of the final fantasy games not the newer ones apparently. chrono cross, chrono trigger. imo today many devs try to sell the game on wow eye candy or exciting action packed gameplay and putting their energy on that instead of the storyline with some exceptions of course. the souls games also have interesting stories

Spongebob Squarepants Battle for Bikini Bottom. PS2 version. Anyone who says otherwise obviously has not played it. Best. Game. Ever.

Tough call for me between Fallout 2 and Bioshock Infinite. Those two are on a whole other tier way above anything else I have ever played when it comes to story.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Or SOMA. Both of those are FASCINATING in their exploration of humanity.

 

Or maybe the Walking Dead games. I legitimatly felt like a garbage human being for a week after Season 2.

 

Or Presentable Liberty, though I know it's a little in dispute among some on whether that is a "game".
