The Witcher 3 4k Resolution not displaying properly.

Hey, so finally got around to playing The Witcher 3 on my newly upgraded PC :) but when I change the settings to Ultra and then change the resolution to 3840 x 2160 or 4096 x 2160 (it sets res to 1440p automatically) the picture becomes too big and half of it is off screen. Am I missing something?

Both the Windows display settings and Nvidia Control Panel resolution settings are set to 3840x2160

I'm trying to display it on my TV, a Samsung UE48JS8500 (3840x2160 @ 60Hz) and my GPU is the MSI GTX 1080.
